That fired me up and as a person who loves to learn, that's what I did. I took (oh so many) coursed and dived head first into changing my lifestyle.

By the time I stared official nutrition training I no longer had the challenge the doctor couldn't help me with AND my other minor health challenges where pretty much non-existent.

You health is in YOUR hands and I'm passionate about helping you get healthy and be more balanced in your life. Educating, inspiring, motivating and empowering YOU with the tools and knowledge to succeed long-term.
